Your first session is an initial consultation in which you'll discuss with Leta how she can best help you. If time permits, she will follow with a first treatment. Otherwise she will schedule a future session with you.
Initial consultations are 1 hour sessions. Subsequent treatments typically last 1 hour, unless circumstances require a longer session.
Sometimes Leta recommends a multiple-hour session (typically four hours). These are dependent on your unique circumstances, which will be discussed during your initial consultation. A follow-up session is always arranged after a long session.
